Kuwait reaffirms commitment to global anti-corruption efforts in meeting with IACA Dean

Ambassador Talal Al-Fassam, Kuwait’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations in Vienna, has reaffirmed Kuwait’s steadfast commitment to international efforts in combating corruption and upholding the rule of law.
This declaration was made during his meeting with Professor Slagjana Taseva, Dean of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA), at the Kuwaiti Permanent Mission in Vienna, according to news agencies.
Ambassador Al-Fassam emphasized the significance of Kuwait’s partnership with IACA, particularly in areas such as education, training, capacity building, and the exchange of expertise. He highlighted Kuwait’s view of IACA as a strategic ally in its national anti-corruption initiatives and reiterated the country’s dedication to supporting multilateral institutions and promoting good governance at both regional and international levels.
This meeting underscored Kuwait’s ongoing efforts to collaborate with international organizations to strengthen transparency and integrity within national and global institutions.
