Civil Service Bureau explores training cooperation with France’s INSP
Meeting with French National Institute of Public Service focuses on enhancing government competencies and modern governance

The Civil Service Bureau announced it held a high-level meeting with a delegation from the French National Institute of Public Service (INSP) to explore avenues for international cooperation in the fields of training, development, and knowledge exchange.
According to a statement on the Bureau’s X platform, the meeting, held on Tuesday and chaired by Dr. Essam Al-Rubaian, President of the Bureau, focused on joint cooperation in government training, particularly in designing and implementing advanced training programs, reports Al-Rai daily.
The discussions also explored mechanisms for institutional knowledge exchange to align with modern trends in public management and governance.
The Bureau emphasized that this cooperation is part of its broader strategy to expand partnerships with leading international institutions and enhance national competencies through exposure to global best practices.
The statement further stressed that the collaboration with INSP is expected to have a positive impact on the training systems within Kuwait’s government agencies, ultimately leading to higher levels of efficiency, professionalism, and innovation in public administration.
