In a statement shared on its official social media channels, the Ministry emphasized that operating mobile carts in unauthorized locations constitutes a clear violation, as reported by Al-Jarida daily.

It warned that legal measures will be enforced in line with relevant ministerial decisions, which may include the permanent revocation of licenses.

The Ministry urged license holders to comply with the specified regulations and approved locations to ensure the orderly continuation of their operations in a way that serves the public interest.
