Kuwait closes several roads for Egyptian President departure

The General Administration of Security Relations and Media at the Ministry of Interior announced that several roads will be temporarily closed today (Tuesday) starting at 2:00 PM, in conjunction with the departure of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, as part of security measures.

The affected routes include the stretch from King Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Road to the Sixth Ring Road, up to its intersection with King Faisal Road, in both directions, leading to the Amiri Airport. The closures will remain in effect until the conclusion of the departure procedures.

The General Traffic Department urged all road users to cooperate with security personnel, adhere to traffic instructions, and use alternative routes to help maintain smooth traffic flow during the closure.
