Indian expat sentenced to death for fellow citizen’s murder in Farwaniya
Kuwait’s Criminal Court has handed down a death sentence to an Indian expatriate for the murder of a fellow Indian citizen in Farwaniya.
According to the court’s findings, the convicted individual had initially made unwanted sexual advances towards the victim. The perpetrator then lured the victim to a workers’ housing, where he sexually assaulted and subsequently fatally stabbed the victim.
This heinous crime, involving both sexual assault and murder, led to the court’s decision to impose the maximum penalty.
