FNJ Kuwait equips 20 participants with public speaking, event skills

The Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) Kuwait branch is expanding its influence beyond information and communication, actively participating in social service initiatives and campaigns to enhance its community impact.
In line with this vision, FNJ’s Kuwait branch, in collaboration with its primary sponsor, Al Muzaini Exchange, successfully organized one-day training on public speaking (oratory skills) and event organization and management. Around twenty participants, including active journalists, FNJ Kuwait officials, and members, attended the program, which was held on Friday at the Chowking Restaurant’s conference hall in Salmiya.
The training saw participation from media professionals representing various media houses in Kuwait, as well as individuals interested in developing their oratory and event management skills. The session was facilitated by Dipendra Niroula, a prominent journalist and the host of Nirem Podcast.
Rajmall Thakuri, President of FNJ Kuwait, stated that the training supported journalists aspiring to enhance their public speaking and event management skills.
“This training has been particularly beneficial for those interested in improving their speaking abilities, building capacity, and organizing and managing public events,” said President Thakuri.
The training concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony. Journalist Ricky Laxa, a guest speaker from The Times Kuwait, graced the event. The certificates were handed over to the participants by Ranadhwaj Lama, President of NRNA NCC Kuwait.
