Municipality removes 23 illegal camps ahead of camping season
The Kuwait Municipality removed camps set up before the official start of the camping season on November 15, as they did not comply with the schedule.
Municipality’s inspection teams, under the General Cleaning Departments in Jahra Governorate, have started removing spring camps. As these did not adhere to the official camping schedule, which were set up ahead of the official camping season that begins on Friday, November 5.
Consequently, the number of removals in the northern region of the country reached 23 camps that were set up before the official camping date.
Furthermore, the Municipality’s Public Relations Department confirmed that inspection teams will continue monitoring all camping sites to ensure no camps are set up before the official season starts. The teams will enforce all necessary measures to implement the decisions and regulations of the Kuwait Municipality.
