Electricity connection work in Al-Mutlaa’s 1547 plots completed

The Public Institution for Housing Care announced today, Monday, the completion of the work of connecting electricity to 1,547 residential plots in the two suburbs (N5 and N12) in Al-Mutlaa Residential City.

Rashid Al-Anzi, Acting Director General of the Corporation, said in a press statement that the number of residential plots that were given the possibility of connecting electricity in the two mentioned suburbs amounted to 34 percent of the total number of plots in the two suburbs.

He further shared that the total number of plots that were given the possibility of connecting electricity in the previous batch amounted to 529 plots.

Al-Anzi explained that the work on the contract is 6.88 percent ahead of the schedule and is ahead of the contractual completion date scheduled for January 2026, noting the possibility of issuing a power connection certificate for the relevant plots through the (Sahl) application starting tomorrow, Tuesday.

The Acting Director General of the Corporation praised the efforts made by the Ministry of Electricity and Water, which are in coordination with the specialized teams in the Corporation, meant to deliver electricity to the ready residential plots.
