Illegal encroachments to be removed by Municipality

The Kuwait Municipality announced the launch of field tours by teams to remove violations in various governorates with the aim of reducing the negative phenomena of encroachment on state property and taking all regulatory measures against violators.

In a press statement today, the Municipality said that the regulatory teams aim to ensure compliance with the regulations and systems in this regard and will conduct field inspections of a number of areas and locations of detected violations to remove them.

Interestingly, today’s field campaign resulted in the removal of 35 encroachments on state property, such as canopies that were adjacent to electricity transformers, which hindered the work of the Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy.
