Kuwait faces intense heatwave with 49-degree temperatures
Tonight’s weather will be hot to very hot, partly cloudy, with winds varying from light to moderate, blowing at speeds of eight to 28 kilometers per hour from the northwest.
The Meteorological Department forecasts extremely hot weather today, with northwest to mild to moderate north winds ranging from 10 to 40 kilometers per hour. Expect scattered clouds and a chance of dust in exposed areas, according to Al Qabas newspaper.
The department noted that tonight’s weather will be hot to very hot, partly cloudy, with winds varying from light to moderate, blowing at speeds of eight to 28 kilometers per hour from the northwest.
It also forecasted a maximum temperature of 49 degrees at Kuwait International Airport, with a minimum of 31 degrees.
