Substation failures cause power outage in parts of Al-Ahmadi

The Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy announced on Monday the launch of three 11 kV substations from the main Al-Ahmadi M conversion station, according to Al Qabas newspaper.

The ministry stated that the outage of the three substations caused a power interruption in limited parts of the Al-Ahmadi area.

It noted that emergency teams are on-site to carry out the necessary repairs and restore electricity as soon as possible.
