No plans to cancel subsidies or free services for citizens in 2025

The Ministry of Finance denied social media rumors that the ‘Support Committee’ had met with state institutions and government agencies to announce the cancellation of all state financial support and free services for citizens starting in 2025, according to Al Rai newspaper.

The ministry urged those interested to obtain news from its social media accounts and other reliable sources. It also reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who spreads incorrect information.
