IMA Kuwait to host webinar on residential fire safety awareness

The online session will feature experts in fire safety and emergency response who will share their knowledge and provide valuable insights.

In light of recent fire incidents in residential areas across Kuwait, IMA Kuwait’s online awareness webinar on residential fire and safety hazards aims to educate the public on essential fire safety measures and prevention strategies.

The Indian Muslim Association (IMA) Kuwait is hosting an online awareness webinar on residential fire and safety hazards, co-sponsored by the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) – Kuwait Chapter.

The event, organized in coordination with Mogaveera Association Kuwait, Maurya Kala Parisar Kuwait, Life Again Foundation, and United Telugu Forum Kuwait, will take place on August 3 at 6:00 pm.

The session, themed “Residential Fire & Safety Hazards Awareness,” will be hosted via Zoom, with access provided through Zoom ID: 81893738877 and password: 232985. Participants can join the webinar by clicking here.

Ashok Garlapati, President of the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, USA, and Advisory Board Member of the ASSP Kuwait Chapter, will shed light on recent fire incidents in Kuwait and the lessons learned. Dr. Ibrahim El-Mahdy, QHSE International Consultant (formerly with KOC), will discuss how to prevent residential fire incidents.
