PAM to achieve full automation through electronic procedures

• The Public Authority for Manpower is working to achieve zero personal reviews after gaining approval to automatically upload all documents through the authority’s electronic systems.

According to sources linked to the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM), Al-Anbaa newspaper has discovered that the authority is in the process of developing electronic procedures to transition to full automation. They are aiming to complete the automation of all need assessment procedures in the near future.

The sources indicated that the authority is gradually launching all services through its websites, enabling companies to fill out electronic forms with the required data. These forms are submitted as supporting documents to complete transactions related to the services. Companies can then upload the required form and attach it or retain the ‘encryption code’ to present it to the counter employee when attending in person to complete the transaction. Transactions requiring personal attendance should be submitted via the authority’s electronic portal.

The sources confirmed that the authority is working to achieve zero personal reviews after gaining approval to automatically upload all documents through the authority’s electronic systems.

They explained that all private sector companies with a valid license approved by the authority issuing the license are targeted by these services. It was noted that estimating the need depends on the smart inspection system.
