LuLu Hypermarket brings a taste of the tropics with Mango Mania

Lulu Hypermarket launched the eagerly awaited annual ‘Mango Mania’ extravaganza at all its outlets across Kuwait. The week-long event, which ran from 8–14 May, was inaugurated on 9 May at the LuLu Hypermarket Fahaheel by Indian Ambassador H.E. Adarsh Swaika, accompanied by Counsellor Mr. Sanjay K. Muluka, along with LuLu Group International, Chairman and Managing Director M.A. Yusuff Ali, in the presence of top management of LuLu Kuwait and a large gathering of shoppers and well-wishers.

All of LuLu’s outlets were adorned with a mind-boggling variety of over 50 mango types sourced from seven different countries. Customers were swept away by amazing price discounts on the king of fruits, including the ever-popular Alphonso, Mango Badami, Mallika, Thotapuri, and Rajapuri from India, and the famous Galpatur varieties from Yemen.

But the sweetness did not stop there. The Mango King’s tropical reign showered the customers with a delicious selection of mango-inspired delights, including fresh refreshing mango juices and smoothies. Shoppers were further indulged with decadent mango halwa and payasam, while exploring a world of savory treats like mango snacks, curries, salads, and pickles. For those with a sweeter tooth, the Mango Mania offered a range of mousse cakes, tarts, trifles, muffins, pastries, and even Swiss rolls made from succulent mangoes.

Mango Mania was more than a rush of sweetness, it had a rush of thrill to offer as well. It was a full-fledged family fun fest with customers capturing their sweetest moments at the selfie booth and unleashing their creativity with the mango cut-out displays. Customers had their mango knowledge put to the test with themed games and puzzles, while children had the opportunity to celebrate the king of fruits with the exciting kids’ mango cake decoration competition.

From the vibrant displays of sun-kissed and succulent mangoes to the aroma of freshly squeezed juices, and the playful echoes of children’s laughter during the cake decorating competition, Mango Mania was a feast for all senses. With bellies full and hearts brimming with sweet memories, Kuwait bid farewell to what has become a much-anticipated annual tradition in the country’s shopping calendars, The event once again underlined LuLu Hypermarket’s abiding resolve to provide customers with the best of what the world offers, at the most competitive prices.
