‘South Abdullah Mubarak’ buildings completion set for April 16, 2025

The contractor has completed the foundations of the school building work in the ‘South Abdullah Mubarak’ project by 100%, surpassing a completion rate of 40%.

Public Authority for Housing Welfare sources revealed that progress on the construction and completion of public buildings in plots 1, 4, 5, and 6 in the “South Abdullah Mubarak” project has reached 10.9% according to the schedule by the end of February.
The sources reported that the actual completion rate in the project has reached 42.6%, with the work scheduled for completion on April 16, 2025.
They indicated that the completion rate for school building work has exceeded 40%, with the contractor having completed the foundations in the project by 100%.
It was reported that the completion rate of the concrete structure of the buildings has exceeded 97.5%, while the wall finishing works are progressing according to the contractual percentage. Additionally, progress is being made in sanitary works, roofs, external cladding, site works, and spaces.
Regarding the contract for the construction and completion of public buildings in plots 2 and 3 of the South Abdullah Mubarak project, the corporation pointed out that the works are progressing according to schedule by 4.25% until the end of last month, with the actual total completion rate reaching 36.1%.
