IBPC organized Ramadan Ghabqa Night
The Indian Business and Professional Council (IBPC) in Kuwait organised a vibrant “IBPC Ghabqa Night” during Ramadan, on March 20, 2024, at the Hilton Kuwait Resort. IBPC Chairman Gurvinder Singh Lamba warmly welcomed esteemed guest, His Excellency Dr. Adarsh Swaika, the Ambassador of India to Kuwait, extending greetings to both Kuwaiti locals and the Indian diaspora on this auspicious occasion.
During the event, IBPC Vice Chairman Kaizar Shakir, Secretary Soly Mathew, Jt. Secretary Suresh K.P, and Treasurer Sunit Arora presented a floral bouquet to the Ambassador in a gesture of respect and appreciation. The gathering comprised IBPC members, their families, Indian Embassy officials, business owners, executives, and representatives from various organizations such as the Indian Doctors Forum (IDF), ICAI Kuwait Chapter, IDAK, and IIT/IIM.
The night reverberated with the harmonious blend of Kuwaiti music, enriching the atmosphere with the cultural essence of both India and Kuwait. Attendees enjoyed an array of games and entertainment suitable for all ages, alongside engaging in exciting raffles with valuable prizes up for grabs.
This traditional Ramadan Ghabqa night radiated joy and camaraderie, encapsulating the spirit of the holy month, culminating in a delightful Ghabqa dinner at the Hilton Resort, savored by all in attendance.
