79 violators of labor, residency laws seized during Ahmadi security crackdown
The Security Directorate of the Ministry of Interior during a security campaign in the Ahmadi Governorate has arrested 79 people. Individuals wanted by law, violators of the labor and residency laws.
According to a press statement issued by the ministry on Tuesday, the campaign was conducted in several areas across the governorate, with a particular focus on Fahaheel. The operation targeted street vendors found to be in violation of labor and residency laws.
During the campaign the security authorities also issued 63 traffic violations. The ministry said the required legal and administrative procedures were taken against all violators in preparation for their referral to the competent authorities.
