584 real estate properties, worth 417.8 million dinars traded across Kuwait in October
Statistics issued by the Real Estate Registration and Documentation Department at the Ministry of Justice on Sunday revealed that a total of 584 real estate properties were traded across Kuwait during October, with a combined value of approximately 417.8 million dinars.
According to data published on the ministry’s website, private real estate led the market with 400 properties valued at 169.4 million dinars, followed by investment properties with 157 properties worth 154 million dinars, reports Al-Jarida daily.
The report further indicated that commercial property transactions reached 18 properties totaling 78 million dinars, while craft real estate recorded one contract worth one million dinars.
In addition, there was one warehouse property deal valued at 2.7 million dinars, and five contracts for properties located along the coastal strip, amounting to 11.9 million dinars.
In terms of geographical distribution, Al-Ahmadi Governorate topped the list with 202 registered contracts, followed by Hawalli with 135, the Capital Governorate with 67, Mubarak Al-Kabeer with 66, Al-Farwaniyah with 65, and finally Al-Jahra Governorate with 49 contracts.
