Kuwait’s 2025 National Day celebration captivates global audience at Expo Osaka

The Commissioner General of the State of Kuwait at Expo Osaka 2025, Salem Al-Wattan, announced the success of the Kuwaiti pavilion’s National Day of Independence celebration, held on Thursday. The event attracted widespread attention from international visitors and beautifully showcased the richness and diversity of Kuwait’s authentic heritage.

Speaking to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), Al-Wattan said the celebration, held under the guidance of Minister of Information and Culture and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi and supervised by Ministry Undersecretary Dr. Nasser Muhaisen, featured a blend of traditional and modern artistic performances that impressed audiences and highlighted Kuwait’s cultural identity.

The event included folkloric dances, musical shows, and vibrant visual displays that offered visitors a unique artistic perspective on Kuwait’s civilization. With a creative fusion of popular Kuwaiti culture and modern artistic expressions, the pavilion succeeded in presenting heritage with a contemporary flair, fitting for an international platform like Expo Osaka.
