The Public Authority for Manpower, through the Joint Tripartite Committee, launched an intensive inspection campaign at a construction site affiliated with the Al-Naeem Housing Project.

The campaign was carried out under the directives of First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef, as part of efforts to regulate the labor market and enforce compliance with labor laws in Kuwait, reports Al-Rai daily.

According to an official statement, the campaign led to the arrest of 44 workers found in violation of various regulations. Among them were 12 domestic workers employed outside the scope of their Article 20 residency permits, one worker engaged in unauthorized sheep herding, 28 individuals employed by companies not licensed to operate at the project site, and three workers violating residency laws.

The Authority emphasized its commitment to continuing field inspections in coordination with relevant government entities, aiming to uphold balance and order in the labor market.

It reaffirmed that legal measures will be taken against all violators without leniency to protect labor rights and maintain a safe and lawful work environment.
