2,740 dinars stolen from account of Egyptian

An Egyptian has filed a complaint with the Nugra Police Station accusing an unidentified person of withdrawing 2,740 dinars in three separate transactions.

The Criminal Investigation Department of Hawalli Governorate – Al-Nuqra Investigation Office, operating under the Criminal Security Affairs Sector of the General Department of Criminal Investigation, is investigating the case, reports Al-Anba daily.

Authorities have contacted the bank to verify the suspicious transactions and are proceeding with standard investigative measures to hold the perpetrators accountable.

Security officials warn citizens and residents to remain vigilant against phishing attempts, suspicious messages, or fraudulent links that request sensitive banking information.
