261 plots in South Saad Al Abdullah City project up for grabs with May 8 draw

The Public Authority for Housing Welfare has revealed its plan to distribute the 13th batch of N3 in government plots within the city. Each plot spans 400 square meters and is allocated to recipients by September 21, 2025.

  • The Public Authority for Housing Welfare will distribute the cards for the plots on Thursday, and May 2 and 5. Reserve cards will be distributed on May 6, with the draw scheduled for next May 8.

  • The authority invites citizens allocated government vouchers in this project to the General Corporation for Housing Welfare in South Surra at 9 AM on specified dates with civil ID and allocation decision to receive lottery tickets during office hours.

The Public Authority for Housing Welfare has revealed its plan to distribute the 13th batch of N3 in government plots within the South Saad Al Abdullah City project. This batch comprises 261 plots, each spanning 400 square meters, allocated to recipients by September 21, 2025.

The authority explained that it will distribute the cards on Thursday, and next Sunday, May 2 and 5. Reserve cards will be distributed on Monday, the 6th of this month, with the draw scheduled for next Wednesday, May 8th.

The authority has invited citizens allocated government vouchers in this project, whose names are included in this announcement, to come in person to the building of the General Corporation for Housing Welfare in the South Surra area at nine in the morning on the specified dates, bringing their civil ID and allocation decision. This is necessary to receive the lottery ticket within official working hours.

It has been explained that those who fail to collect their lottery ticket within the specified days will have their names excluded, and the names of those next in line will be entered into the allocation process.

It also called on citizens who were allocated government vouchers in this area and whose names were not included in this list to come to the institution’s building in the South Surra area ‘Al-Marrah’ at exactly nine o’clock in the morning on Monday, May 6th, bringing with them the allocation decision and civil ID card to enter the reserve.

The authority called on citizens to cooperate and adhere to the aforementioned dates, emphasizing that only the concerned individual will be allowed to enter the hall. There is a possibility of distributing lottery entry cards to those whose names were included in this batch, starting from the announcement date.
