13 arrested for expired residency, 184 traffic offenses in Khaitan
The Ministry of Interior’s security, traffic, and awareness campaign in the area was held following the directives from Acting Prime Minister Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef.

• The security campaign resulted in the referral of two individuals to the Anti-Narcotics Department, the arrest of four others, the arrest of five individuals against whom absence notices were issued, and the arrest of thirteen individuals with expired residency permits.
The Ministry of Interior has launched a security, traffic, and awareness campaign in the Khaitan area, following directives from Acting Prime Minister Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef.
According to the Arabic daily Al Rai, all field units from the Traffic and Operations Affairs Sector — including the General Traffic Department, the General Department of Emergency Police, and the Central General Department of Operations — as well as the Public Security Affairs Sector, took part in the campaign.
The security campaign resulted in the referral of two individuals to the Anti-Narcotics Department, the arrest of four others, the arrest of five individuals against whom absence notices were issued, and the arrest of thirteenindividuals with expired residency permits.
It also led to the impounding of one vehicle for traffic violations and another wanted by the judiciary, the recording of 184 various traffic violations, and the distribution of 4,000 awareness brochures on traffic laws.
