10 advisors promoted from Court of Appeal to Court of Cassation

A Decree No. 193 of 2025 has been published today in the Official Gazette (Kuwait Alyawm) transferring 10 advisors from the Court of Appeal to the Court of Cassation as part judicial promotions.

The decree stipulates the promotion of 81 names, including 34 judges who were promoted to class three judge, and 47 who were promoted to (Prosecutor B).
