Kuwait braces for dusty conditions tomorrow

Weather maps and numerical models indicate that the country will be affected by an extension of a high-pressure system advancing from the northwest, with moderate to brisk northwesterly winds exceeding 50 kilometers per hour.

Director of the Meteorology Department, Dharar Al-Ali, expects the country to be affected on Wednesday by active winds that will stir up dust and reduce horizontal visibility, especially in open areas, reported Al Rai newspaper.

Al-Ali told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on Tuesday that weather maps and numerical models indicate that the country will be affected tomorrow by an extension of a high-pressure system advancing from the northwest, with moderate to brisk northwesterly winds exceeding 50 kilometers per hour.

He explained that the expected minimum temperatures will range between 25 and 28 degrees Celsius, while the expected maximum temperatures will range between 37 and 39 degrees Celsius.
