Garlicky potato-millet bites

Vegan and gluten-free, these hot garlicky potato-millet bites are an ethereal bliss to savor with their mouth-melting texture and perfect combination of sweet, sour and spicy seasoning. Anyone who loves potato based foods can also take delight in that these bites are not only gluten free but also fiber rich from their combination with millet flour, and they are not deep-fried either. Ingredients:
3 medium potatoes (400g)
1 cup barnyard millet flour
2-3 tbsp water or as required
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp brown sugar or honey
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp roasted crushed peanuts
1 tbsp chopped green onion
1 tbsp coriander leaves
Little bit salt
Boiling water
Cold ice water
