Bulgur-chana fritters

(Preparation time 10 to 15 min.)

Ingredients:
• 1 cup soaked and boiled Black Chana
• 1 cup soaked bulgur
• 1/2cup grated carrot
• 3 tbsp. wheat flour
• 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
• 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
• 1 tbsp. ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp. green chilli paste
• 1/2 tsp. black pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp. amchoor powder
• 1/2 tsp. coriander-cumin powder
• 1/4 tsp. cinnamon-long powder
• 1 tsp. Kitchen king masala
• Salt as per taste
• Water as per needed
• Oil for cello fry
For the yogurt Dip:
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp. honey
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp. chilly flakes

Preparation:
• Take boiled chana in a chopper and chop them coarsely
• Strain bulgur to remove excess water
• Now in a large bowl mix all ingredients together and season with all spices and flour for binding mix well, if needed sprinkle little water to make soft mix.
• Now switch on the gas and place frying pan to heat, till then prepare yogurt dip
• Take yogurt in a bowl whisk it. Add honey, salt and chilli flakes mix it well. Dip is ready to serve
• Now add oil in a pan over medium high heat and keep 1 scoop mix,
slightly flatten it with help of spoon and shape it, keep others too….like this
• Fry 3-4min. on each side or until golden brown
• Transfer to paper towels to remove excess oil.
• Now serve hot with Honey Yogurt Dip.
