
UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan discussed Monday with Kuwait’s Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah the escalating military situation in the region and its serious repercussions on regional and international security and stability.
In a statement, Kuwait’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the talks took place during a meeting held on the occasion of the minister’s official visit to the UAE, in the presence of UAE Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al-Nahyan and UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al-Nahyan.
The two sides also touched pm the strong fraternal relations between the two countries and their peoples, as well as ways to support and enhance cooperation across various fields.
During the meeting, the Kuwaiti minister conveyed the greetings of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah to Sheikh Mohamed, along with their wishes for his continued health and well-being and for further progress and prosperity for the UAE and its people. – Kuna
