PAFN issues 28 citations, shuts down three violating stores
The Inspection Department of the Public Authority for Food and Nutrition, during a periodic inspection of food establishments in the Jahra Governorate, has issuing 28 various types of citations.
The inspection teams also identified 3 establishments that were using meat and vegetables unfit for human consumption, in addition to trading in adulterated food products. PAFN sources said legal measures have been taken against the violators, including closure of the stores for committing serious violations.
