On Diplomats Day, Kuwait recognizes legacy and loyalty of its envoys

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs today extended its congratulations on to all its staff on the occasion of Kuwaiti Diplomats Day, observed annually on May 12.

In a statement, the Ministry praised the sincere and tireless efforts of Kuwaiti diplomats, both at its headquarters and across diplomatic missions abroad, in defending the nation’s interests and promoting Kuwait’s relations with brotherly and friendly nations across various sectors, according to local news agencies.

The statement emphasized that the commitment and sacrifices made by Kuwaiti diplomats embody a deep-rooted diplomatic legacy — one built over the years under the guidance of the country’s political leadership and upheld today through the esteemed directives of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.
