Al-Rai has learned from sources that the Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA) has recently transferred 175 million dinars to the account of the Ministry of Finance at the Central Bank of Kuwait which will soon be deposited into the accounts of the MoH employees – front row bonuses.<\/p>\n
