Indian Muslim Association (IMA) – Kuwait is a renowned socio-religious Association, known for its welfare activities among the Indian community in Kuwait. IMA Weekend Islamic School (IMAWIS) is its recent initiative, introduced to provide quality Islamic education for boys and girls of the age group between 5 and 14.<\/span><\/p>\n

Classes have been started followed by an induction ceremony since April 2021. It offers online classes every Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm. Many students from different communities in Kuwait have registered themselves so far and started attending their regular weekly classes on Imaniyat, Seerah, Islamic Adab, Hifdh, Duas etc.\u00a0 Furthermore, Urdu Language is also being taught at IMAWIS by well trained and experienced teachers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Online education provides flexibility in learning where kids have accessibility to the state-of-the art technology in learning with the help of videos, animations and online interactive tools. Teachers were specially trained to conduct online classes using ZOOM application and new emerging online engagement technologies like Menti Meter and Kahoot for fun filled online engagement during the classes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Currently admissions are open for the academic year 2021-2022.
