The platelets are small cells in the blood that stop bleeding and are essential for millions of patients with cancer, chronic diseases, and accidents, Al Qabas reported.<\/p>\n<p>The bank through its Twitter account shared specific requirements for donating platelets.<\/p>\n<p>The donor should be aged between 17 to 70. They should have no blood or any of its derivatives transferred recently.
