As the State of Kuwait is celebrating its 58th Anniversary of independence as well 28th Liberation Day, I would like to take this opportunity, on this auspicious occasion, to congratulate the State of Kuwait and its great and proud people and wish them a peaceful and prosperous future under extremely wise leadership of His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of the State of Kuwait. Representing friendly leadership and people of Serbia, I would like to express my sincerest feeling and proudness with very good relations in all fields, deep mutual respects, understanding and traditional longlasting friendship established since the independence of Kuwait.<\/p>\n
The peoples of the two countries share the same aspiration for independence, freedom and peace. Both nations have been struggling very hard to achieve these noble goals. Using this auspicious occasion to refer about the role and contribution of H.H. the Amir of Kuwait with H.H. Crown Prince and leadership of the country in establishing better regional and international relations, as well decent life to Kuwaiti people, I have the pleasure to express my sincere appreciation and special congratulations for being humanitarian leader on the world scale and Kuwait as a humanitarian world center.<\/p>\n
