{"id":59809,"date":"2020-11-05T09:38:40","date_gmt":"2020-11-05T06:38:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/192.163.207.100\/~timesku1\/news\/?p=59809"},"modified":"2020-11-05T09:38:40","modified_gmt":"2020-11-05T06:38:40","slug":"pam-clarifies-regulations-for-transferring-work-permits-under-government-contract","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/timeskuwait.com\/news\/pam-clarifies-regulations-for-transferring-work-permits-under-government-contract\/","title":{"rendered":"PAM clarifies regulations for transferring work permits under Government contract"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\">The spokesperson of the Public Authority of Manpower (PAM) and Head of Public Relations and Media Department, Aseel Al-Mazyad clarified the news published yesterday about the categories of expatriates, allowed to transfer residencies from the government sector to the private sector, Al-Qabas reported.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Al-Mazyad informed that the conditions governing the transfer will include administrative resolution No. 529\/2020 concerning the transfer of manpower from one employer to another.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">According to the conditions specified in a letter sent by the Ministry of Interior to the Ministry of education a \u2018work permit\u2019 from PAM was required for those willing to transfer.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Al-Mazyad explained that this administrative decision has replaced article No. 3 of administrative resolution No. 842\/2018 by stipulating that, \u201cTransferring workers from the private sector to the government sector should take into account the procedures in force at the Public Authority for Manpower and the Civil Service Commission. It is prohibited to transfer workers from the government to the private sector except for only four categories.
