{"id":58764,"date":"2020-10-22T12:09:08","date_gmt":"2020-10-22T09:09:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/192.163.207.100\/~timesku1\/news\/?p=58764"},"modified":"2020-11-30T12:03:15","modified_gmt":"2020-11-30T09:03:15","slug":"sprouts-beetroot-croquettes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/timeskuwait.com\/news\/sprouts-beetroot-croquettes\/","title":{"rendered":"Sprouts beetroot croquettes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(stuffed with cheesy broccoli) 10-12 pieces<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n2 cup mix sprouts<br \/>\n\u00bd cup beetroot pieces<br \/>\n1tsp Ginger-Garlic paste<br \/>\n2 tbsp Oats powder<br \/>\n1 tbsp Sesame seeds<br \/>\n1tsp Red chilli powder<br \/>\nSalt as per taste<br \/>\nPinch of soda<br \/>\nFor stuffing:<br \/>\n1 cup blanched broccoli florets<br \/>\n\u00bd cup mozzarella cheese<br \/>\nSalt as per taste<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp Black pepper powder<br \/>\nFor dip:<br \/>\n1 cup curd<br \/>\n1 tsp Honey<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp Lime juice<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp Turmeric<br \/>\nPinch of salt(optional)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 In a chopper grind well the sprouts mix and beetroot pieces.<br \/>\n\u2022 Pour in a bowl and season with salt, red chilli powder, sesame seeds, oats powder and pinch of soda.
