The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said in its latest update that death toll due to the pandemic jumped to 26,273 cases as the total positive cases rose to 1.04 million.<\/p>\n
The ministry data showed that 653,751 people have recovered from the deadly disease as 35 Indian states are under the grip of coronavirus.<\/p>\n
Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, New Delhi, Telangana, Karnataka, Assam and Bihar are among the worst affected Indian states.<\/p>\n
