The donations were composed of boxes of noodles, assorted canned goods and bags of rice to be distributed to Filipinos in Kuwait.<\/p>\n

In a brief statement by Charge D\u2019 Affaires of the Philippines Charleson Hermosura, he thanked Grand Hyper Supermarket for its generosity and kindness during this difficult time and assured that all goods will be distributed to the Filipinos as soon as possible.\u00a0 Vice Consul Adrian Baccay who facilitated the request for donation also extended his gratitude to officials of the supermarket.<\/p>\n
The relief fund drive for Filipinos in Kuwait started on the 5th<\/sup> of April and several individuals and companies have extended donations in forms of goods and food.
