Qatar’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammad bin Abdulrahman highly appreciated the role of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and his continuous efforts to resolve the Gulf differences.<\/p>\n

“We are very grateful to His Highness, Amir of Kuwait, for his efforts to bridge the rift within the Gulf Cooperation Council,” Sheikh Mohammad said in a panel discussion within the fifth session of the Mediterranean Dialogues (Med 2019). He noted that Qatar understands that its neighbors have concerns and that Doha is ready to discuss it. The Qatari minister stressed that the countries of the region need dialogue with Iran because it is the realistic solution to the differences while the tensions do not serve the interests of any party.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
