Director of the Maintenance of Main Transformers Department at the Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy, Eng. Nahar Al-Dhafiri, maintenance operations at the various voltage stations are proceeding as required and as planned according to the contracts. <\/p>\n
Al-Dhafiri pointed told-Anba that the administration has finished preparing tenders for maintenance contracts for the period after 2025 and they are in the process of being tendered to the Central Tenders Committee, reports Al-Anba daily.<\/p>\n
He said that the administration supervises 650 stations that are subject to periodic maintenance twice during the five-year period of the maintenance contracts, pointing out radical maintenance has been carried out at the 150 stations within these contracts and equipment replaced. <\/p>\n
He stressed that there is a replacement policy for some stations whose lifespan has ended, announcing a project to put in use mobile stations during the replacement period to transfer loads to them in order to maintain the continuity of power supply.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
