The Court of Appeal decided to refrain from issuing a verdict in the case of a young man who had been sentenced to seven years imprisonment by a lower court for stealing the bank card of a teacher and buying coffee for his friends and filling petrol in his car.<\/p>\n
The prosecution charged the suspect with theft, after he while passing by a school saw an open vehicle window, and after searching the vehicle, he found a bank card, which he stole and used, reports Al-Rai daily. <\/p>\n
He went to a gas station and filled his vehicle with fuel, after which he bought coffee for himself and his friends, for a total of 19 Kuwaiti dinars.<\/p>\n
The Criminal Court found the man guilty and put him behind bars for 7 years with hard labor. <\/p>\n
