The center told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that during Al-Sammak, the weather is bound to be cold at night, the sunrise brings in humidity, and the night is long.<\/p>\n
The center explained that one of the features of this place is \u201cfeeling the coldness of the water, especially in the morning. This kind of weather also increases the chances for rain.\u201d<\/p>\n
