First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Talal Al-Khalid has issued a ministerial decision amending some provisions of Ministerial Resolution No \u2018957-2019\u2019 in the executive regulations of the Foreigners Residence Law and its amendments.<\/p>\n
The decision stipulates in its first article, issued in the Official Gazette \u201cKuwait Al-Youm\u201d, published today, that the last paragraph of Article \u201c25\u201d of the aforementioned Ministerial Resolution No. 957\/2019 be amended to become as follows: \u2018To obtain or renew regular residence, or transferring it to an employer or another sponsor, proving his registration in the health insurance or insurance system issued by the Ministry of Health in the name of the expatriate. Regular residence is granted for a period not exceeding the period of health insurance, in addition to paying any sums of money owed by the residence applicant to any of the government agencies.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
