Here is a new take on traditional sushi, using proso millets infused with fruits to deliver a unique taste.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Hakka noodles made of finger-millet flour is a very healthy item that can go into the lunch pack of kids, or as an energy-filled breakfast food in the morning. Finger millet is considered one of the most nutritious grains. The vitamins, minerals, and fiber found in finger millet, such as potassium, and the B vitamins provide several important health benefits, including in lowering the risk of heart disease, and helping prevent blood sugar levels spiking after a meal<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nTotal time:<\/strong> 30-40 minutes<br \/>\n<strong>Serving:<\/strong> 2<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nIngredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n*For the dough:<br \/>\n1 cup finger-millet flour<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp salt<br \/>\n1 tsp oil<br \/>\n1 cup water<br \/>\n*For stir fry :<br \/>\n2 tbsp sesame oil<br \/>\n1 medium sliced onion<br \/>\n1\/4 cup green bell pepper<br \/>\n1 tsp green chili chopped<br \/>\n1 tsp ginger (finely chopped)<br \/>\n1 tsp garlic (finely chopped)<br \/>\n1\/4 cup carrot Julian<br \/>\n1\/4 cup shredded cabbage<br \/>\n1 tbsp tomato ketchup<br \/>\n1 tsp soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tsp chili sauce<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp black pepper powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp chili flakes<br \/>\nPinch of sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp vinegar<br \/>\n1 spring onion for garnishing<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nInstructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bring 1 cup water to boil in a pan<\/li>\n<li>Add salt, oil and flour to the pan and mix well<\/li>\n<li>Turn off the flame, cover, and let it sit for 7 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Once the mixture cools, knead it gently on a kitchen top to form soft dough<\/li>\n<li>Place the dough in a noodle mold and press out the noodles<\/li>\n<li>Using a steamer vessel, steam the noodles for 10 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Remove noodles and set aside to cool<\/li>\n<li>In the meantime heat oil in a pan, add onion, garlic, ginger, chili and saute for 2 minutes.
