The Criminal Court has decided to postpone the hearing into the case of the so-called \u2018Luxury Cars Office\u2019 to Sept 11, 2023, in which 455 plaintiffs \u2013 almost all of them citizens are demanding compensation.<\/p>\n
In the meantime the court has turned down the request of the defense panel to release the owner of the office and one of his partners, but let go 9 others who were working in the company.<\/p>\n
It also refused the defense panel\u2019s request to unfreeze the bank balances so help the company pay the plaintiffs their money or or reduce the number of claims.<\/p>\n
