Al-Mutairi told Al Rai that observatories across the country have been mobilized to search for the two whales through the authority\u2019s boats and to immediately report if they are spotted. In addition, coordination is also underway with competent authorities such as Kuwait University, the Research Institute, and the Public Authority for the Environment, the Coast Guard and the Kuwait Municipality to deal with the situation.
