The Court of Ministers, headed by Counselor Nasr Al Haid, acquitted all the defendants in the case of the Eurofighter deal. <\/p>\n

The Public Prosecution pleaded – for the first time in the history of the judiciary – before the Court of Ministers in the case of (the Eurofighter purchase deal), while the Standing Committee for the Trial of Ministers received from the Public Prosecutor the communication submitted against the former Minister of Defense and other officers, reports Al-Qabas daily. <\/p>\n
