The tweeters circulated previous statements attributed to Kevin, in which he said: \u201cWe must teach our children the true history of black Africans when they were Kings in Egypt, and not just the era of slavery that is entrenched in the education system of America. Do you remember the time when we were kings?\u201d These statements are considered by some viewers, including famous personalities as offensive.<\/p>\n
While claiming that these statements \u201cfalsified Egyptian history,\u201d and accused Hart of \u201cracism,\u201d and that he embraces the ideas of the \u201cAfrocentric\u201d movement, which promotes several theories, including that the origin of Egyptian civilization is only African, and for this reason the tweeters are signing the petition for cancellation of the concert.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
