<\/p>\nThe Embassy of Italy hosted the fashion show \u201cDefile\u2019 della Rinascita\u201d, to raise funds for the Hayatt-Ruqayah AbdulWahab Al-Qatami Breast Cancer Foundation.<\/p>\n
The Defil\u00e9 della Rinascita was hosted for the first time outside Italy, at the residence of the Italian Ambassador in Kuwait.<\/p>\n
Silvia Bisconti, the creative director and Head of the Defil\u00e9 della Rinascita founded Raptus&Rose in 2016, whose core is the experimental project called Moda Liberata.<\/p>\n

The project is based on a new and radical idea of fashion that every woman, every shape, every uniqueness can be explored through fashion to give new self-awareness.<\/p>\n
After the editions in Veneto and Milan, the D\u00e9fil\u00e9 della Rinascita fashion show for this edition collaborated with the Italian Embassy in Kuwait and Haytt-Ruqayah AbdulWhahab Alqatami Breast Cancer Foundation.<\/p>\n
The Foundation provides finances through fundraising activities, for the expat patients (non-Kuwaiti citizen) living and working in Kuwait.<\/p>\n
The Italian Ambassador, H.E Carlo Baldocci and his wife Cristiana initiated the proposal to Raptus&Rose and the San Bassiano Association, to hold the D\u00e9fil\u00e9 della Rinascita fashion show in Kuwait, as this project would strengthen the dialogue and collaboration between Kuwait and Italy.<\/p>\n

The D\u00e9fil\u00e9 della Rinascita is not just a fashion show, but a care project crossed by Beauty, as Dr. Pasquin says that this event aims to make women undergoing oncological treatment experience a strong biographical shock, which puts them in confront with the idea of \u200b\u200bbeauty that they believed to have lost, exists within them as the D\u00e9fil\u00e9 della Rinascita fashion show becomes a therapeutic experience that starts a path of resilience and awareness of what one can be.<\/p>\n
The protagonists of the show were the models who commenced the grandeur while being laced up in intricate designs and floral patterns covering their heads, wrapped and created by Raptus&Rose.<\/p>\n
Among the 35 models there were also oncologists, nurses and women belonging to civil society, as women with different roles who paraded to unite in their common essence: beauty and love for life.<\/p>\n
